"We took possession of this stool which was £239 4 weeks ago on getting it home and unwrapping it I phoned the store to say it was completely unacceptable the checks were on a slope the top panel wasn’t square one seam was on the top and the other at the side. As we wanted the footstool to match 2 sofas from the same range we agreed they could make a replacement but if we weren’t completely satisfied we would take a refund which they agreed with. How this passed any sort of quality control I have no idea. 4 weeks later we are still waiting for the replacement."
